The transportation service provided by Viajes Xochitlán is clearly identified. Our visitors are received at the Airport in Oaxaca by a personal driver with a sign bearing the Logo of Viajes Xochitlán and our visitors' names or the name of their organization or group. Our visitors are assisted with collecting and transferring their bags to the vehicle that will take them to their hotel. After boarding the transport vehicle, they are given a copy of the program for their stay here in Oaxaca. This program will contain the name, address and phone numbers of their hotel; the name, address and phone numbers of Viajes Xochitlán; a 24 hour emergency phone number; the dates and hours of their tours; the date and hour of their departure from the hotel and the name of their guide. During the trip from the airport, they will be given a rundown on some general information the city of Oaxaca. Upon arriving at the hotel, they will be assisted with registration and every effort is made to ensure they are comfortably and satisfactorily installed in their rooms.
